Bookings

Course or activity bookings will be confirmed by Switchback Mountain Adventure Limited upon receipt of 50% of full fees. Cheques to be made payable to Switchback Mountain Adventures Limited.

Confirmation of booking can take place by e.mail or by post.

Full payment is due before the course commences

Cancellations

In the unlikely event of cancellations by Switchback Mountain Adventrues Limited, all course participants will be advised formally by e.mail or post. Switchback will also endeavour to talk to the client directly and offer alternatives dates or a full refund. Switchback advises clients to consider the option of cancellation insurance.

Should the cancellation be at the request of the client then the client will be charged 50% fees unless more than 2 weeks notice is received by e.mail or by post. If greater than two weeks notice is received, by e.mail or by post, then 30% full fees will be charged.
